A
friend and I started making and selling fresh wreaths nine years ago.
We enjoyed learning about different greenery that lasts, so that the
customer could enjoy their wreath all year. In the last couple of years
we have enjoyed selling our new shapes such as, squares, stars and
monograms.
“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” Rev. 4:11 Here is some information about our wreaths: Boxwood wreathsBoxwood
will last at least 6 months if indoors, but outdoors in wet conditions
they may last only 4-6 weeks. As with all wreaths the best way to
preserve your wreath is keep it at 40—70 degrees.Magnolia WreathsMagnolia
will dry nicely, it will fade some and the leaves will curl. Magnolia
is a unique leaf in the way it is green on one side and brown on the
other. It makes a very nice contrast and looks great with earth tones.
These wreaths can last a long time if kept indoors.Eucalyptus and Bay leaf wreathsThese
wreaths have a good scent, but not too strong. Keep them away from
direct sunlight, heat, and moisture to prolong freshness and to keep
the color of the leaves from fading. You can also mist them lightly for
a slower drying process. These both dry real well. The eucalyptus will
fade more in color over time.Evergreen WreathsThe
evergreen we use in this wreath is called “Noble fir”. It is a nice
soft evergreen with short needles. We recommend this as an outdoor
wreath as it will last much longer. In the Outdoors it should last at
least 6 weeks and indoors about 2 weeks. When it dries, the needles
will begin to drop off. You can keep these wreaths misted for longer
lasting freshness...Juniper WreathsJuniper
is real similar to the Evergreen in care. We recommend it hanging
outdoors as it will last longer. This juniper is a soft greenery and
can give off a little scent.Sizes of wreathsThe square is based on measurement from outside top-to-bottom and side-to-side. Round are measured from outside diameter.
